Today, my mom and I are making homemade granola bars! She has been doing this for years, and since I am going back to school in a few days, I wanted to help make some for myself. Hi! My name is Katie and I am a Junior at Kansas State University. I started this blog with my friend Adriana who goes to The University of Kansas. I know, I know you're all thinking how are you two friends? I don't really know either but she's pretty awesome! Anyway I thought I'd do my blogs about working out and eating right and what I do to tone my body and lose some weight. We are trying to get into shape for our Spring Break trip! I will be posting what I ate that day and how much, and what I did at the gym that day. If you have any comments about what you do for your work out or what your favorite healthy meals are don't be scared to let me know!<3
