My Reason for this Blog: Working Out

Hi! My name is Katie and I am a Junior at Kansas State University. I started this blog with my friend Adriana who goes to The University of Kansas. I know, I know you're all thinking how are you two friends? I don't really know either but she's pretty awesome! Anyway I thought I'd do my blogs about working out and eating right and what I do to tone my body and lose some weight. We are trying to get into shape for our Spring Break trip! I will be posting what I ate that day and how much, and what I did at the gym that day. My Reason for this Blog: Motivation

Hi! My name is Adriana and I just really wanted to start a blog! I am a sophomore at The University of Kansas majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in dance! For a while now, I have wanted to start this, and my motivation, lol which I have none of, was my last semester. I have never been the smartest, or best at making time to study, and my grades kinda showed that, oops.. Anyway, I felt that by posting what I do and what I NEED to do would be beneficial to my unmotivated lifestyle. I will be posting my planner, how I organize my desk, my schedule, and many other parts of my life. I hope you enjoy, and feel free to give me constructive criticism! ily <3
